Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

Delivery

Upon checkout, you are accepting our terms and conditions for the delivery of your purchase. We will do our best to take into account your requirements; however, we will determine the final delivery date. Deliveries are typically curbside only, so please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading on the day of delivery.

Upon delivery, a photo may be taken to confirm the delivery has taken place. Please check that you have received the correct quantity of materials before the driver leaves. If no one is present or available for the delivery, the delivery may still take place, and the goods may be left at the front of your property. By agreeing to these terms, you agree that the goods will be considered your property and you will be responsible for them once the delivery has been completed by our driver.

We are unable to cover any stolen or damaged materials after delivery. Therefore, we recommend someone be available to accept the delivery. The delivery date will be confirmed via email, and our drivers may also contact you on the day to confirm the estimated time of delivery.

In extremely rare cases, a delivery may be delayed from the original delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns. In such rare situations, we will do our utmost to get the delivery to you on the same day. However, if we are unsuccessful, we will rearrange the delivery for another day and provide you with prompt notification. We do not recommend booking contractors to install the materials on the day of delivery, as deliveries may take place throughout the business day and, on rare occasions, may be delayed. You agree that DDecointeriors is not liable for any costs incurred due to late or delayed deliveries.

Any missing or damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items. We do not recommend booking contractors to install the materials until you have received all of the items and checked their condition. You agree that DDecointeriors is not liable for any costs incurred due to damaged or missing items if not reported within 7 days.

Rejected Delivery

If a delivery is rejected without a valid reason (as determined by DDecointeriors), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to cover the costs of the delivery and return. The amount of the restocking fee will be communicated to you at the time of rejection.

Product Variation

The appearance of wood grain, color, and other visual characteristics of products may vary from the images shown on our website due to differences in monitor settings, slight variations in manufacturing batches, or design updates. We recommend ordering a sample pack where applicable before placing a full purchase to view the current product offerings.

Chargebacks

Upon receipt of a chargeback regarding your transaction, you agree to pay us a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs of handling the case and providing evidence to the acquiring company. The amount of this fee will be communicated to you upon notification of the chargeback.
