We utilize high-quality materials for our aluminum and wrought iron furniture. Our extruded aluminum, featuring thicker outer walls and inner channels, is designed to last a lifetime. The finishing process includes polishing, cleansing, and pre-treatment of the raw metal frames, followed by a baked-on powder coat for a resilient, scratch-resistant surface.
Cushions:
Our cushions are crafted in-house, utilizing Sunbrella performance fabrics for both stock and custom options. The deep-seating cushions boast an 8” thickness, providing an ideal blend of support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when proper care guidelines are followed. We standardly use a premium 1.8 density foam for cushion filling, with highly resilient foam options available for commercial or high-traffic use.
