Quality & Care
Metal
We utilize high-quality materials for our aluminum and wrought iron furniture. Our extruded aluminum features thicker outer walls and inner channels, designed to last a lifetime. The finishing process includes polishing, cleansing, and pre-treating the raw metal frames, followed by a baked-on powder coat for a strong, scratch-resistant surface capable of withstanding harsh summer conditions.
Cushions
Style, comfort, and durability are paramount in our cushion production. All cushions are manufactured in-house using Sunbrella performance fabrics. We also accommodate Customer’s Own Material (COM) requests. Our deep-seating cushions are a plush 8″ thick, striking the perfect balance of support and comfort. They are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed. The standard cushion filler is made from premium 1.8 density foam, with Highly Resilient (HR) foam used for commercial or high-traffic applications. Each cushion foam is encased in Dacron fiber wrapping for added softness.
