Quality & Care
Metal
We utilize high-quality materials for our aluminum and wrought iron furniture. Our extruded aluminum features thicker outer walls and inner channels for longevity. The finishing process includes polishing, cleansing, and pre-treatment of the raw metal frames, followed by a baked-on powder coat for a strong, long-lasting, and scratch-resistant surface suitable for all weather conditions. All joints are fully welded, eliminating weak points and ensuring sturdier frames compared to assembled furniture.
Cushions
Style, comfort, and durability drive our design principles. We manufacture all cushions in-house using Sunbrella performance fabrics for both stock and custom options, and we can accommodate a Customer’s Own Material (COM) if desired. Our deep-seating cushions are a plush 8″ thick, providing an ideal balance of support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed. We standardize with premium 1.8 density foam for cushion filler, while Highly Resilient foam is used for commercial or high-traffic applications. All cushion foam is encased in Dacron fiber wrapping for added comfort.
