Quality & Care
Metal
We utilize only premium materials for our aluminum and wrought iron furniture. Our extruded aluminum with thicker outer walls and inner channels ensures longevity. The finishing process involves polishing, cleansing, and pre-treatment of raw metal frames before applying a baked-on powder coat for a strong, long-lasting, and scratch-resistant surface. All joints are fully welded, eliminating weak points and resulting in significantly sturdier frames than assembled furniture.
Cushions
Style, comfort, and durability are our guiding principles. All cushions are manufactured in-house using Sunbrella performance fabrics. We can also work with a Customer’s Own Material (COM) if desired. Our deep-seating cushions are a plush 8″ thick, providing the perfect balance of support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed. We use premium 1.8 density foam as standard, while Highly Resilient (HR) foam is available for commercial or high-traffic use. Each cushion foam is encased in Dacron fiber wrapping for an additional outer layer of comfort.
