Quality & Care
Wicker
Sunset West uses only the most durable UV inhibitors along with virgin resin to create our wicker (HDPE), ensuring no fillers are added and no recycled scraps are used. This construction protects against premature aging and failure due to cracking. The resin wicker wraps fully welded and powder-coated aluminum frames, ensuring years of rust-free structural integrity. Non-marking plastic glides allow for easy movement without damaging surfaces.
Cushions
Our guiding principles are style, comfort, and durability. All cushions are manufactured in-house using Sunbrella performance fabrics for both stock and custom cushions. We can also accommodate a Customer’s Own Material (COM) if desired. The deep-seating cushions are plush, measuring 8″ thick, providing the perfect balance of support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed. We utilize premium 1.8 density foam for cushion filler, while Highly Resilient (HR) foam is available for commercial or high traffic use. Additionally, all cushion foam is encased in Dacron fiber wrapping for an extra layer of suppleness.
