Quality & Care
Rope
Sunset West crafts their rope furniture from olefin rope, which is all-weather, colorfast, and stain resistant. For cleaning, gently blot spills and use mild soap and water with a soft cloth or very soft bristle brush. Avoid coarse brushes or abrasives to prevent damage and fraying. We recommend covering your outdoor furniture with outdoor covers (sold separately) during inclement weather, or storing it when not in use.
Natural Cushions
Style, comfort, and durability guide our principles. All cushions are manufactured in-house using Sunbrella performance fabrics for both stock and custom options. We also accommodate Customer’s Own Material (COM) requests. Our deep-seating cushions are plush 8″ thick, providing an ideal balance of support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed. Standard cushion filler is premium 1.8 density foam, with Highly Resilient (HR) foam used for commercial or high-traffic applications. Each cushion foam is encased in Dacron fiber wrapping for an additional layer of softness.
