Quality & Care
Metal
We use only high-quality materials for our Aluminum and Wrought Iron furniture. Our extruded aluminum features thicker outer walls and inner channels, ensuring a long-lasting product. The finishing process includes polishing, cleansing, and pre-treatment of the raw metal frames. A baked-on powder coat is then applied for a strong, weather-resistant surface. All joints are fully welded, offering significantly sturdier frames than assembled furniture.
Cushions
Style, comfort, and durability are our guiding principles. All cushions are manufactured in-house using Sunbrella® performance fabrics for both stock and custom options. We can also accommodate Customer’s Own Material (COM) if desired. Our deep-seating cushions are a plush 8″ thick, providing a perfect balance of support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed. We utilize a premium 1.8 density foam for cushion filler as our standard, with Highly Resilient (HR) foam available for commercial or high-traffic use. Each cushion foam is encased in Dacron® fiber wrapping for added softness and durability.
