The finishing process includes thorough polishing, cleansing, and pre-treatment of the raw metal, followed by a baked-on powder coat for a strong, scratch-resistant surface that withstands the elements.
Cushions
Prioritizing style, comfort, and durability, we manufacture all cushions in-house, using Sunbrella performance fabrics for both stock and custom options. Our deep-seating cushions are plush at 8 inches thick, providing the ideal support and comfort balance. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant when care guidelines are followed, utilizing a premium 1.8 density foam standard for cushion filler. Highly resilient foam is available for commercial or high-traffic use, with all foam encased in Dacron fiber wrapping for added softness.
