Wicker
Sunset West uses durable UV-inhibitors with virgin resin for superior wicker quality (HDPE). No fillers or recycled scraps are added to ensure longevity and prevent premature aging and cracking. The resin wicker wraps around fully welded and powder-coated aluminum frames, ensuring rust-free structural integrity.
Comfort Technology
The proprietary progressive springing system integrated into our deep seating offers three levels of support, providing the same comfort level for all users, regardless of weight.
Cushions
We prioritize style, comfort, and durability, manufacturing all cushions in-house using premium Sunbrella performance fabrics. Our deep-seating cushions are a plush 8″ thick for optimal support and comfort. All cushions are water, weather, and fade resistant with proper care, utilizing a premium 1.8 density foam for standard filler. Highly Resilient foam is also available for commercial or high-traffic use, with all foam encased in Dacron® fiber wrapping for added softness.
